Homemade cookies will welcome you to this spacious lower level luxury retreat with Gas Fireplace, Hot Tub and 8 man Sauna. A 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3200 SF spacious suite is the ultimate hideaway on a shelf of the Wasatch Mountains. Just 20 minutes to Alta and Snowbird, world class ski resorts and only 40 minutes to Park City and all the activities it offers. Not to mention the close proximity of Salt Lake City and the cultural events! Enjoy cozy bedding for a perfect night’s sleep, a fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs in every bedroom — plus a 75” TV in the family room for movie nights. A four season location for year-round fun, minutes from amazing hiking trails. An extra large twin/futon is in the commons area, with little privacy . Your private 8 man sauna to unwind after skiing or a long hike has all the benefits for a relaxing evening. The hot tub is shared with other guests that may be staying on the upper level (1 King Suite).
Please note: There are 14 wood and stone stairs to enter inside. Deer also frequently visit us, they are our friends and we welcome them, so please be respectful when they are near.

We really enjoyed our stay and Kelly and Richard's place. The amenities were excellent with a sauna, hot tub and grill usage and theater seating of every man's dream for watching movies on the big screen TV. They were very responsive to our requests and were a delight to have as hosts. I hope to visit them again when Snowbird and Alta call in a future season as their place is 20 minutes from the resorts.Thanks Kelly and Thanks Richard

Everything was beautiful, clean and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay with our adult children while skiing. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a spacious kitchen we had plenty of space for our group of 5, but we could have very comfortably had 3 more guests with us. We loved having a second large table for a puzzle and games, plus the sitting area by the fireplace was a great place to relax while others were cooking. We enjoyed the family room with comfortable sofas for watching movies and the large entryway was a great place to stage our stuff while heading out to the slopes. It was very close to Snowbird and Alta and not too bad from Park City as well. The hot tub was lovely with a gorgeous view and felt great after skiing. The sauna was also a treat on our sore muscles. The pictures show how beautiful it all is, but they really don't show how spacious it is as well. You do have a bit of a hike from the outdoor parking to the front door, quite a few steps. But the weather was gorgeous and we really didn't mind. We would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is very quiet with amazing views of the Wasatch mountains. Deer are welcome by all of us in our neighborhood and you will see them frequently. The view from our fire pit is incredible of the Valley and especially at sunset!

What makes this property unique

The most unique thing about your stay here is the views and wildlife. The 8 man custom sauna is a favorite as well.
