Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because we are 3 minutes away from the BEAUTIFUL 30a beaches and 2 minutes away from the Bay and the neighbors are incredibly awesome . Walmart are 5 minutes away and GRAND BOULEVARD Shopping MALL is 6 minutes away . All the entertainment is close by . You can’t miss this perfect location.
What makes this property unique
I wanted this house to have a beach cottage charm with touch of coziness of your home, I wanted to sit and relax at the Front Porch or just seat on the swing in the afternoon and breath the pure salty air. My purpose was to feel at home while going on vacation .
