Welcome to this lovely bungalow in Bolivar Peninsula. It’s Private with great neighbors. This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a queen futon, and full size appliances, perfect for a small group of guests. (2-4) With amenities like AC, heating, an iron, and internet so you'll feel right at home. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower to start your day and full size washer/dryer. Huge Upper Deck with amazing views, and close to the beach. Outdoor shower and fenced in yard. We think our place will help you experience everything Bolivar Peninsula has to offer.

Lock box code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in. please do not lock the front door from the inside.
No smoking, no pets left without being kenneled and no pets allowed on the furniture. Must pick up all pet poop.
