Enjoy LSU gameday in an ideal location where you are 5 minutes from campus and can celebrate the victories at local favorite bar and restaurants then walk home.

This house boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed 1 single day bed and one futon. Brand new queen hybrid memory foam mattress in the main bedroom! The cozy living room features a couch and comfy futon for extra guests. With amenities like central AC and heating, ceiling fans in every bedroom, stainless steel appliances and hard wood floors throughout the living area. This is a full house with anything you may need including a hair dryer, coffee, bottled waters to make guests feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a shower and bathtub for relaxation after a day of exploring in which ever way you prefer the best.

Spacious kitchen to enjoy cooking if so desired. Smart lock for easy access and expedited smooth check in and out process. Enjoy your time in Baton Rouge at our delightful house.

One block away from a local coffee shop and within easy walking distance to the vibrant Perkins Overpass corridor, known for its great restaurants and laid-back vibe.

Wonderful stay! The property is in a perfect location, close to LSU as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We especially appreciated the convenient parking in the back with rear home access. Overall, a great experience — we would gladly stay here again.
