NOTE: This space is accessed from an exterior staircase through French casement doors from a sunken patio. The queen bed is in an elevated area (upon request a twin bed can be provided if 3rd person is occupying space for additional cost),
Free wifi,TV, CAC, mini-fridge. Bathroom features Porcelanosa tiles and Fantini fixtures with shower.
This accommodation provides exclusive use of gym equipment - Rogue weight cage, concept2 rower, Inspire 3 multi-gym .(waiver to be signed for gym equipment use)
Shared use of porches, loungers, salt water pool, pool house., outdoor shower
.Shared use of pool house kitchenette ..No cooking allowed but use of toaster oven, microwave, sink (reheating precooked bought foods…full size refrigerator,Nespresso and electric kettle,etc

No outside non-paying visitors allowed on property by guests
No smoking, vaping, pets
Not suitable for small children.
1 car parking space within property.
Cleaning fee $200 per stay to be collected at check in by cash or Zelle.
