Welcome to your home away from home in Pharr, TX! This cozy & renovated 1-bed, 1-bath guesthouse is the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, & convenience. The space is large at more than 800sq ft, & has an open concept with one private bedroom.
The location can’t be beat—just off the main highway for quick access to any destination in the Rio Grande Valley. Centrally located and less than 10 minutes from the McAllen Airport, & within a half mile of Costco, Lowe’s, Best Buy, & many restaurants.
The guesthouse is situated on our property but features its own private entrance, dedicated parking, and a pergola-covered outdoor patio—ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed, mini-split A/C for personalized climate control, free high speed internet, and cable. Whether you're visiting for business, family, or just a getaway, we’ve stocked the space with all the essentials to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
The guesthouse is close to major birding sites (Quinta Mazatlan, Pharr Nature and Birding Center, McAllen Fireman's Park), shopping (La Plaza Mall, World Market, IKEA, HEB, TJ Maxx, Costco, Lowe's) and festivals in both Pharr and McAllen (Avocado Fest, MXLAN).
