My home is located in the western side of Milan.
The apartment and the patio measures respectivly 50 square meters (196.8 square feet) + 33 square meters (108.2 square feet). The patio is enjoyable in any season but winter. All amenities are available: washing/dryer machine, dish washer, a pyrolytic oven, fridge, a nice Smart TV with premium channels, fibre optic internet connection. Air conditioning and heating with full environmental control. Bed linings and towels. It's a fully functional home: just ease and relax.

First and foremost there's a fence that surrounds the entire building, so privacy is assured and access is allowed to residents only. It's also in a residential area, serviced, comfortable and, absolutly crucial point, within Milan's city limits.

What makes this property unique
I love art... Mondrian and Klee have strongly influenced me and it's reflected in the way I have devised my home. If you are looking for blank walls and a gloomy place this listing is not for you. There's a nice bamboo parquet and you are invited (though it's not mandatory) to walk barefooted. It's warm even in full winter. All amenities are included, so just come and enjoy your stay in Milan.
