The Discerning Minimalist House in the Heart of Dallas
Completely renovated single family home in the urban industrial style, located only a 2 min ride away from the Dallas Love Field Airport and minutes away from Uptown and Medical Center. The property contains a living room with a 55" smart TV (with
Hulu/Disney+ package) and TVs in each bedroom, blasting High Speed WiFi Internet, four bedrooms with memory foam mattresses (1 King, two Queens, 1 Full and a large sofa) and two bathrooms (one master and one guest). House also has a huge backyard.
Guest access
The parking in front of the house accommodates two cars. You will be able to access your suite through the front door.
Guest interaction
We do not meet the vast majority of our guests face-to-face, however, if there is ever an issue or you need some extras towels or other necessities we are always available via the messaging system or our cell phones.
Neighborhood overview
Conveniently located at the intersection of Mockingbird and Lemmon, providing easy access to each part of Dallas. However, because of that some noise from the airplanes and the roads can occasionally be heard.
Getting around
The property is only 1.2 miles away from Dallas Love Field Airport entrance, 2 miles from the Whole Foods, 3 miles from Children's Medical Center and 2.4 miles from UT Southwestern, 3.2 miles from the SMU and 3.5 miles from Uptown. Despite, the central location, Dallas is still very much a car-centric city, so you will either need to drive or get an Uber/Lyft as public transportation is almost non-existent.
