The perfect pet family getaway for 4 or someone wanting peaceful beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. separate living room with queen sofa sleeper. Queen BR, full bath, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove, convection oven/air fryer, TV, AC/heat and wifi.
Private parking. Use of the fire pits, pizza oven, grills, kayaks, gym and bikes. The gym and kayaks(able to rent) as well as the bikes are for use at your own risk and when the owner is home unless prior arrangements are made. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Boat landing is just down the road, bring your boat and park it in driveway. Near.
Murrells Inlet & Georgetown and don’t forget to check out Brookgreen Gardens over the holidays and make your reservations early. You don’t want to miss the lights at Christmas. Sleeps 4. Backs up to the golf course. Bring your boat, golf, clubs, and swimsuit. Enjoy your day on the river, beach or golf course...kayaks & bikes are available. Beach chairs are available per request. Massage studio on property pricing is available in photos. Full gym is available for use as well as Sauna (use that your own risk owner is not responsible for injuries).
Owner must be on site and its use t your own risk. Decoupage shell making classes can be scheduled as well. Fire pit is available in the backyard.
Must pull water hose out in case there is a mishap so you can extinguish any fire and fire must be put out completely before leaving the area. There is also a gas fire pit on the deck along with a grill, exterior table and chairs. Just be sure to turn off the propane after using.
Full gym is available. Use at your own risk. Owner must be present to open gym.
Kayaks are available to rent along with
lifejackets.
Two adult bicycles are available as well. Owner must be available to unlock storage.

This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants and
attractions(see arrival guide) . Feel free to reach out to me if there's anything I can help you with or if you have any questions.
You are welcome to use the
WASHER AND DRYER in the Main House as long as we're home.
Staying longer? Drop off your supplied sheets/towels and we'll give you a new set each week. Also let me know in advance if you require an ironing board or a steamer and I will put it in your apartment prior to arriving. Pet friendly with approval before booking. I do have one dog bed available and I have 2 BPA silicone dog mats for their bowls. There is also a pet fee per stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and place them in the floor of the shower before leaving. Turn unit to energy save and auto. In summer turn to 75 and winter turn to 65 upon leaving. Turn off cooking appliances.
Put in code to lock door&make sure it is pulled closed.if you use any of the propane tanks outside,make sure they’re turned off. Gather all bed linens that were used and put them on bathroom floor.
Make sure any appliances that were used are turned off, cleaned &put away.. that goes for dishes as well. Make sure all trash is bagged up and tied securely. Make sure refrigerator is cleaned out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am close to nationally rated restaurants, unique shopping, I’m just down the road from the river and ocean, the best of both worlds!!! I back up to the golf course plus many others in a quiet neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
You can bring your boat and your RV and park it on my property for a long-term stay. I’m close to restaurants, shopping the river and the ocean and many other amenities along with hospitals. Pet friendly with approval prior to booking. I have a complete gym on property as well as massage therapy and rehab services available on site during normal office hours.
