Quietly nestled on an elevated hillside over-looking Patong Bay, Baan Heaven is a little slice of just what its name implies. This pool villa surrounded by lush tropical gardens is just the spot for your home away from home. Conveniently located minutes from the exciting shopping and night-life of Patong, however in an up scale residential enclave.

Baan Heaven is a modern villa which seamlessly marries European architectural style, with Thai warmth and charm. Baan Heaven is secure in a gated and walled environment with covered parking.

A large private swimming pool – including whirlpool jacuzzi - in a 2 level terraced garden setting is perfect for lounging and relaxation under mature palm trees and verdant foliage. The outdoor patio includes comfortable sun loungers and cushioned sofas which invite you to put your feet up and take your leisure.

The cathedral-high ceilings throughout the villa catch temperate sea breezes circulating them and adding to the tropical atmosphere. There are several comfortable areas for relaxing, both indoors and outdoors. The cosy living room is well-appointed with a 42-inch LCD TV as well as Satellite TV.

The western-style indoor/outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences you may require during your holiday: stove with oven, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator; complete with plates, glasses and cutlery. A well-trained local chef can also be provided to prepare simple or extravagant meals for your group, if you would prefer.

All of the villas well-equipped bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom and either views into the lush gardens or wrap around terraces with partial views over Patong Bay.

Fantastic Villa on the hills above Patong

We had a great stay at this Villa. It has lots of space, every bedroom is a king with en-suite, the kitchen and living area is spacious and comfortable, and the feature pool is better than it looks in the pics. The whole place has a really local Thai vibe and feel and the host Ric and his staff have paid a lot of attention to the little things which make or break these types of accommodations. It’s a 2 min drive to downtown Patong and there are little restaurants and bars right next door. Definitely recommend this 5 star accom.

Beyond Our Expectations

This property is sprawling— there was more then enough space to feel comfortable in living areas and private rooms. It was overwhelming, quite honestly. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We were beyond impressed. The host is phenomenal. We are forever grateful to him for making our family feel so welcomed and cared for during their first trip to Thailand. Awesome villa, great pool!

Set on the southern hill, walking distance to Patong, lies Baan Heaven, a very eclectic 3 storey villa run by Ric and his fantastic crew of staff. The pool is fabulous with lots of space to lounge around. As two families with three children we were all very comfortable as all rooms are very spacious and kept meticulously clean on a daily basis. The villa feels safe and secure with Ric addressing every need if required, we could not have felt more at home. There is a fantastic view from the top room and amenities close by (Family Mart/Shine Pizza/Pharmacy). If you don't fancy being based in the heart/hustle of Patong Beach but want to be close enough to venture in with ease Baan Heaven is a great choice.

We recently stayed at Baan Heaven, along with our adult children and partners. The accommodation was terrific. Ideal for a group booking or extended family. Everyone had their own bathroom and the pool and outdoor area were fantastic. Everything very clean. Ric and his staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, he even contacted airline and found a lost suitcase which he delivered the next day. Family mart, pharmacy ,laundry and restaurant within 100mtrs. Great location. We stayed a total of 8 nights. Can't say enough about the owner Ric and his staff, all were extremely helpful. Villa is well maintained, pictures are pretty accurate and pool was extremely clean. My entire party of 10 fit and was extremely comfortable during our time there. If you are looking for a place in Patong that is close to all the madness yet far enough away to get some relaxation, please stay here you will not be disappointed. One night we wanted to mix some drinks but villa did not have blender, which of course is not a common appliance found in any vacation rental. The owner Ric popped up a hour later with one just to make sure we had a good time.

Baan Heaven was amazing Ric the property's manager was amazing from the start. I stood for 5 days with a group of 10 guys and there was plenty of room for us. Ric was great of showing us the grounds and making us feel at home any questions we had asked Ric and he would answer truthfully with pros and cons he was very helpful on our stay in phuket. Si vous chercher une villa n’hésitez plus c’est le top du top, chambre très propre et tout les jours la villa est nettoyé. La piscine est sueprb, le salon extérieur couvert est exceptionnel. Monsieur Rick et son équipe réagissent tout de suite si vous avez une question. Tout est en place pour passer des vacances superb. Nous avons fais entre amis mais je vais sûrement retourner avec ma famille. Petite astuce il y a une lumière pour le BBQ caché dans une armoire à la cuisine. Hahaha. Amazing Villa & Staff!

I was amongst a group of 9 adults that stayed at Baan Heaven for vacation. Prior to arriving, Ric was VERY responsive and helpful ensuring that we would have everything we needed during our stay. We secured the chef and driver services which worked perfectly for our group. The food was AWESOME and the driver was always on time! During our stay, Ric and the staff were very accommodating, respectful, professional, and pleasant at all times. We HIGHLY recommend this villa for anyone visiting the Patong Beach area. Fantastic venue for our special occasion

We stayed in Baan Heaven for a wedding,which took place in the villa. The whole week was amazing, & the most superb venue for our special occasion. My husband has problems with stairs,so the downstairs room was ideal- access easy & convenient. Ric was there to greet us,& helpful,& informative throughout. The staff were amazing.Lat who looked after the pool,garden & anything else at all..& .Nong who efficiently ensured the rooms & kitchen functioned well. For me the pool was the best feature...it was deep,& big enough for lots of fun & people,& the jacuzzi was lovely for those who preferred just to relax. The photos do not do the villa justice- for me the week was mindblowing. It was the perfect place for both sides of the families to meet for the first time:- Private enough for individuals,yet great for mingling in the communal areas. we used an outside caterer "Two Chefs" for the wedding itself,& again they were terriffic. Thanks so much to Ric & everyone at the villa for making our week so brilliant!

NO HESITATION RECOMMENDING BAAN HEAVEN!!

Where do I start?? This was our first visit to Patong with a group of 13 including 1 infant. From the first moment we arrived, until our sad farewell, Ric and his staff could not have been more accommodating. Ric greeted us on arrival and answered any questions that we had, being that this was our first time to Patong. We informed him of our plans and he even assisted us to book a private tour to Phi Phi Island, which was a lot cheaper than what the other tour operators were charging. Ric kept in regular contact with us to make sure all of our needs were being met, and was always available on the phone if we needed him. The villa was more impressive than we expected, the photos don't do it justice. We couldn't believe how amazing it was, and the views from the second and third floors were incredible. The rooms were kept immaculate by the very capable and friendly staff. The housekeeper Nong even prepared a magnificent meal for us on one of our last nights there. Silly me for waiting so long to organise this as it what one of the best meals we had, and we wished we had got her to cook our dinner more often. The pool was cleaned every morning and was a welcome relief to the hot weather every day. We spent much of our time in the pool and it was big enough to hold all 13 of us! We cannot rate this accommodation enough and we have no hesitation in recommending it to other travellers. We will no doubt be booking Baan Heaven again next time we return to Phuket. We miss you already Ric, and we will be sure to keep in contact

Great facilities, Very clean, Great Service

We were greeted at the front entrance by Rick and staff and they immediately made us feel welcome and this was how it stayed for the next 6 nights. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and the place was very clean and presentable. We had 4 adults and 4 children and as the youngest was 2 we had concerns about pool area but Rick addressed this within 10 minutes. Rick takes time to sit with you and go over all the necessary do's and don'ts and also wants to hear about any questions you may have. The place is 3 levels and each bedroom/bathroom was very clean and villa serviced daily.The pool area was great as was the outdoor kitchen and living area. The property is only a 15-20 minute walk (enjoyable) to town but longer on the way back due to the hills so would advise Tuk Tuk (300Baht). Rick and staff are there to see you have a memorable trip and it is was greatly appreciated. The night before we left Rick came and sat with us and refunded the bond and spoke with us about our experience and any concerns we had with the Villa or stay. Overall we were all very happy with the Villa and the experience we had whilst their. We would go back and stay at this Villa without hesitation due to the price facilities, and service provided. Overall we would recommend this Villa to groups of couples, families etc. as the cost to rent a 5bed/5bath Villa in a busy tourist area will be hard to beat. Rick and his team will bend over backwards to help you during your stay and extremely friendly and approachable.

Great Service will stay again

The rooms are clean, spacious and even better in real life than we viewed on the internet. The Mini Mart was across the road, and the ease of 5 min Tuk Tuk/Taxi for 9 people to Patong beach (200THB = $6). Ric and his team are amazing. The pool and gardens always tidy. Ric helped organize our transfers, drivers, tours and advice on where to go. Our washing all done by staff prior to leaving. We defiantly have no hesitations recommending staying here and plan on a return visit. It was out 3rd visit to Patong and will not stay in a hotel again. We had no problems with wi fi, DVDs, TV, iMac. We were extremely comfortable. The little extras like room furnishings, mozzie deterant, pool toys, games, 2 fridges were just a bonus to an amazing holiday villa. We went to Tiger Kingdom, Butterfly Farm, Aquarium, Elephant Trek, Look outs, Big Budda, Island Tour, Thai Boxing, Fantasea (wish we hadn't with a 4 and 6 year old), Beach days, Bowling and a lot of shopping. Favorite eat outs were Coyote Mexican, Harrys Bar, and all the local cafes off of Patong Beach. our favorite part was def the service that Ric and his team provided.

Heaven...

Me and my family stayed at Baan Heaven and we had a great time on our family reunion. The villa is amazing built, fantastic, comfortable and has a lot of room. The tropical garden is beautiful with a brilliant Swimmingpool and Jacuzzi (most time taken by our male-boss! :-) The staff very friendly keept the house perfect clean and the maid cooked excellent meals. We really enjoyed our holiday, it was just wonderful! Ric is very helpful, watchful and a good host. He likes to have little chats and good laughs! Thanks Ric for the superior service!
