House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower ...!!!

- First floor (See floor plan in my picture ) is separated apartment approx 35m2 and consists of one room with two beds connected or separated, kitchen and dining room along with a third bed, and a bathroom complete furnished ... and outdoor terrace partly approximately 25m2 under a wooden canopy covered with cones, with dining table and wicker chairs for relaxing, and in addition to outdoor garden shower is most common in the hot summer days (the first floor)

There is a large terrace 30m2 with straw chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the entire bay.
With the right flank a large outdoor fireplace with a table and chairs for relaxing while preparing food, and all the intimate and covered wooden porch (pergola ) on which shade seems intertwined vines meThe Master floor is approx 150m.
Behind the house is a natural eco fresh vegetables that (tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, eggplant and arugula salad) that all our guests are free to pick and eat and feel the real pleasure of nature !!!
- In front of the house as you would see there is our big pier width plots with small semicircular work where and shallow for children ... and the boat landing ..
