The home is perfect for multiple families and features contemporary finishes, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, premium hi-def satellite, WIFI, backyard gas grill and dining space, and all linens, towels, and paper products.

The convenient first floor bedroom suite is handicap accessible and has a Queen sofa sleeper and flat screen television. An additional Queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room of the open concept main level. The attached garage has an airy foyer with a coat closet. The fully equipped kitchen features a dine in island with granite counter top and seating for 3. The dining room has a formal dining table and chairs for 8 guests. Additional seating and dining space are available on the patio.

The upper level has a grand Master Suite with large soaking tub, flat screen tv, and huge walk-in closet. Also on the upper level are 2 Queen guest bedrooms, a guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 Twin sleeping spaces), a hall full bathroom, and a full laundry room.

The lower level boasts a newly built out second living area with SmartTV, an additional bedroom with king sized bed, and a beautiful full size hall bathroom.

Located at the Harbor Club South Haven, the home includes access to our private marina with club house and seasonal heated pool. The pool is currently closed for the season and will open again Spring 2020 (with guaranteed availability by Memorial Day). The nearest public beach access is just two blocks away- easy to walk to and a little more secluded than the busy downtown beaches. The Harbor Club South Haven is just 5 minutes from downtown and North/South Beach with the historic pier and lighthouse.

The Bridgewater Cottage has all you need to relax in comfort and convenience! Not just a perfect place for weekend getaways, but also for corporate travelers and extended stays! This property is a vacation rental in the Summer (June, July, & August), available for extended stays outside of that season. Located 1 mile from downtown South Haven, 1/4 mile from Lake Michigan, easy commute to Holland, Benton Harbor, or Kalamazoo areas!

Nice clean new

This property was very clean and it’s so great for a big group. It is very spacious, and the basement bedroom itself could be an entire other rental! The beds are also comfy. The house is a new build and is in a new development so there is some very minor construction going around, but it is not bad or loud. The pool area was also nice but it was a bit of a walk. But we drove to it and found parking. The walking trail near the house leads right to town and the beach so we would use it to run or walk on. But it is definitely a drive needed to the beach, as It’s too far to walk to the beach. Also, the kitchen is well stocked and the grill is easy to use and is clean. I would definitely recommend this beautiful new house to rent!

Bluewater Rental South Haven

The house was as advertised and the perfect size for our family. It was nice to have two TV rooms on the first floor. I would strongly recommend renting a golf cart as the location was somewhat distant from the pool.

New, clean and spacious.

Good property for a large family group, lots of bedrooms. Lots of new basic kitchen ware. Very clean, everything worked. A little warm in the upstairs bedrooms without A/C., had to open some windows. Good response from management to our questions .

Perfect Girls Weekend!

This was the absolute perfect house for a girls trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculately clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was close to so much to do- beaches, Saugatuck for shopping/dining, etc. Would highly recommend!
