● Loft/Bedroom: 3rd floor – 8 Twin beds (kids’ favorite; no blackout curtains)

● Bathroom 1: Main floor – tub with shower
● Bathroom 2: 2nd floor – tub with shower
● Bathroom 3: 2nd floor in Master bedroom – tub with shower

➥ Stair to the loft/3rd floor has wide spacing. Small children must be carefully watched at all times to avoid injury

➥ The thermostat downstairs control heating/AC for the main floor and 2nd floor. The 3rd floor loft/bedroom has its own mini split AC air conditioner

➥ We require a copy of a valid government issued ID to verify the identity of the renter and the complete list of guests’ names before entry.

➥ Our property has devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any
attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines
and/or eviction without a refund. Ring doorbells and camera are monitoring the
outside of the property only.
