The apartment is in a residential building, on the 2nd block from Jatiúca beach, a calm, organized and safe place to enjoy your well-deserved vacation in peace. You will be a few meters from the beach, with a beautiful promenade all structured, with beach huts and tapioca at night. Despite the apartment being a bedroom and living room, the furniture arrangement was designed to optimize the space and provide greater comfort to our guests. On the roof, besides the view, it has a very nice pool. We think of all the details, such as a high-powered fan for the hottest days, functional kitchen utensils, Smart TV with free access to NETFLIX, 25 Mb VIVO WI-FI internet, VIVO cable TV, air conditioning in the room and curtains of the living room and bedroom with blackout, everything to facilitate the day to day and provide greater comfort. To sleep, we have a queen size bed in the bedroom, with a comfortable 30 cm high mattress with pocket springs, with 02 single auxiliary beds on each side and in the living room a double sofa bed and a single armchair, both from Tok & Stok. Thus, it is possible to accommodate, for example, 2 adults and 2 children in the bedroom and 2 adults and 1 small child in the living room.

The Jatiúca neighborhood is one of the best in Maceió, with an excellent beach and structure. We are close to pharmacies, lottery, post office, banks and GBarbosa Hypermarket. In the vicinity of the apartment (less than 300 mts) there are excellent restaurants. Almost opposite is the Parmegianno (good and cheap restaurant with a varied menu, ranging from lobster to pizza). In front there is an excellent vegetarian restaurant, Ser Alfim. In the front parallel is Akuaba, specialized in Afro-Brazilian food, where you will eat the best acarajé in Maceió. Parallel to the background is the Sá Menina self-service kilo restaurant, with typical homemade food and grills and Regional Café at night. Next to the apartment is the Boteco Dalla Corte, a relaxed ambiance with good food. On the avenue by the sea, in addition to the various beach huts and tapiocas, there are fast food options, such as Habbib's and Mc Donalds.

If you come by car there is a private parking space for a small passenger car. On the seafront avenue there is a bus stop that allows you to move around the city. Right next to the apartment there is an exit point for tours at the Hotel Marinas. Many tourist companies offer tours to the main places of visitation in Alagoas, with all comfort and safety.

As it is a residential building, there are coexistence rules that must be followed by everyone, such as silence after 10 pm, the prohibition of hanging clothes on windows, the prohibition to transit through common areas with bathing suits and the overnight stay of people additional to those included in the reservation. . The use of the pool and roof area is only allowed between 8 and 18 hours. In the garage it is only possible to park a passenger car, and it is not possible to enter trucks and the like.
