Sea Winds 1001: Amazing View! Beach Front Condo

ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK.
This condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Outstanding view from this south corner unit in the Sea Winds. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath on the 10th floor. You can see the entire 3+ miles of the crescent beach from this unit! The master bedroom has a brand new king bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. Both Bedrooms have a TV. Brand new 55" TV in the living room with sound bar/sub-woofer. Fully equipped kitchen, Dining Area and comfortable seating on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Condo is all tiled. Brand New full size front load washer and dryer.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
NOTE: Missing one balcony screen door (normally has 2)

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
