Place was fabtastic! Beautiful porch and the kitchen was huge! We will definitely be back next year. And a quick 15 minutes to downtown Bristol! BRRR 2026 was a blast!

This home is perfect in every way. Beautiful location. Sitting on the porch and watching the river go by was enjoyed by all of us. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. It was a great vacation!

Had a great time in Bristol.PROS*great kitchen, lots of dishes, excellent coffee set up*loved the comfy bed, KING size pillows and plenty of them, lots of extra blankets and towels*best is the deck and fire pit, love the sound of the river*great communication with the hostCONS*HATE Roku tv and won’t rent a place with it anymore. I think the Samsung TV in the bedroom was way better.
