The neighborhood is a part of the very center of the capital. Just behind the corner is placed the famous "Central 5 corners".There are plenty of shops (24/7 coffee and tobacco just by the entrance), supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, fast-foods, restaurants, coffees, bars and everything you may need during your stay.

It's 3min walk by the main pedestrian street "Vitosha" and metro station NDK, 10 min walk from the National Palace of Culture and the historical area of the city.
