This stylishly renovated and expanded contemporary home is a true oasis for your next summer rental.
Inviting open plan living on the first floor with 4 bedrooms, open kitchen with Viking range and Liebherr fridge. Enjoy views out to the deck and into nature from the master bathroom and soak in the free-standing tub with a view.
An extra office/den will give you some privacy if you want to bring work or simply read a book.
In the fully finished basement you can lounge in the TV area, enjoy a Peloton bike, a Tonal (Ai powered home gym) or relax in the steam room, giving you that extra spa feeling on a day you don't feel like hitting the beaches.
Listen to music through the Heos speaker system accessible via the Heos mobile app.
The heated 40' pool has a new UV light and Ozone purification system. In addition the entire house runs on a 6-step water purification system and hosts a 13-step drinking water purification system in the kitchen. You will rejuvenate, no doubt!
Conveniently located 3 miles to town, a short ride to LongHouse Reserve. Cedar Point Park and Bay beaches are around the corner and Ocean Beaches and Sag Harbor are 10 minutes away.

Originally from Austria, I fell in love with this beautiful part of Long Island when I first visited friends in 2007. My husband and I love to spend time here all year round and enjoy the changing of seasons.
We both travel a lot for work, between the US and Europe but also love to travel for leisure and explore new places.
We love to share our small place of bliss with others who equally enjoy nature, beach and summer activities.

Why they chose this property

For me it is the perfect combination of having the advantages of feeling very private but yet being close enough to everything: beaches, restaurants, shops, cultural offerings (such as the LongHouse). When you lie on the deck you only see the blue of the sky and the green leaves. The house itself has 4 spread out bedrooms, so everyone gets enough privacy.

What makes this property unique

A very open living and dining area extending directly to a large deck and pool, plus a very spacious steam room and gym in the basement.
