-door code on check in instructions was wrong, host still at rental, so he figured out problem.-home had STRONG smell of smoke; host stated no smoking in home.-none of the 3 smoke detectors had lower active unit in place. Host stated they had been taken down earlier due them " going off all the time". 1 detector unit put back up; beeped due to low battery.-chair broke in dining room, alerted host. ( might have occured with previous renter and not reported to host). -when these issues were brought to the attention of host, he was initially helpful; however became aggressive stating he didn't understand concern over lack of zero smoke detectors/safety/stated status of property concerns.

Listen. Youre mad because i charged you 500 bucks of your security deposit for flooding my bathroom by leaving the tub on and forsending younanother 100 dollar billfor letting your dog all over my brandnew couch and having to get it professionallycleaned. . Its a non smoking property i ant control what the guests actually do i cant stay in there and babysit all night and believe me they paid for it. Amd you knew k was gknna be there i told you a couple days prior to your check in i would be lucky to have it ready for you by 4pm because i work full time and the people before you left a mess and it was just me doing everything because you wanted to check in early! Youre like the 4th people ive ever even done tjisfor cut me some slack dont bad mouth me and sabotage my house and dont vallbme hostile when the only one actin like thst was your wife! Real mature tryna twist things around bro. Seriously smh
