I will begin by saying that the location of this property is ideal. It is near Mississippi State University as well as easy access to other smaller towns. It sits on a lake and has a peaceful and serene view.Our GPS took us in a back way that looks like an abandoned motel and we were a little concerned. If your GPS takes you this way, do not be alarmed. This is a gated community and it looks like there are portions of the area that still have opportunity for development.The house itself is light, airy, and beautiful. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that we needed to cook. We traveled here with family for a funeral and the connection was priceless. If you’re driving, bring fishing poles! There is also a grill on the deck to start game day fun at this home.Each room has its own bathroom so you have that element of privacy. Initially, I thought that the bed arrangements were misleading. Online you will see that some rooms have a queen bed and a twin. The twin bed pulls out from under the queen, trundle style.The host is so gracious and accommodating. I wish I could give this home more than five stars.
