This charming ranch style home offers a living room with large flat screen television with surround sound entertainment center, well-stocked kitchen with dining area, full bathroom with tub, guest bedroom with queen bed, and a master bedroom with king bed and master bathroom.

There is a nice deck with dog gate off the dining room sliders overlooking the backyard.

All Bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom #1 - 1 King with A/C; Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen. Additional sleeping is located in the living room which offers a sleep sofa.

Location: The house is located 1.6 miles from Nauset Beach on the Atlantic ocean, 3.8 miles from Skaket Beach on the Cape Cod Bay, and 2.1 mile from fresh water pond, Crystal Lake or 2.6 miles from fresh water pond, Pilgrim Lake. The center of Orleans is just 2.1 miles away and less than a mile from East Orleans stores and restaurants. There is also a town landing boat launch in back of Nauset Beach at the end of Mill Pond Road just 1.7 miles away.

Amenities: A/C window units located in the living room and master bedroom, the house has a whole house fan (which cools down the house considerably), WiFi, 3 televisions, entertainment center with surround sound, dishwasher, washer and dryer on first floor, gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture, dog run.
