Our quiet residential neighborhood is centrally located in the hills of beautiful St. Thomas United States Virgin Islands. We are located 10 minutes to and from the airport and downtown Charlotte Amalie. From your unit, enjoy amazing views of the Charlotte Amalie Harbor, Hassel Island, Water Island, Marriott Frenchman's Reef Hotel and so much more.
There is a lot to see and do on this beautiful island such as sightseeing, soaking up the sun on the crystal clear beaches, taking a day trip to our sister island of St. John or just shopping in downtown St. Thomas. You will be happy with any one you choose.
The view from your patio is breathtaking and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or just simply watch the cruise ships enter and leave the harbor. Watch the sun set at night or star gaze. Whatever you choose, its a great place to unwind after a busy day in Charlotte Amalie.

Your unit has a private entrance with 4 steps down from your dedicated parking space. There is a large open patio with outdoor furniture which creates a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or breakfast while watching the cruise ships, sunrise/sunset and enjoying the fresh air. Watch the Seaplane take off and land in the water from your space.
Guest have full access to the entire property. There is no public transportation serving this area, however we re close to a main tour route and accessible by taxi. Renting a car gives you the opportunity to explore the island life at your own pace and time.
