Shawnee review

We enjoy the Poconos and have stayed at Shawnee in the past. Base on our prior experiences we were disappointed with the musty odor in the unit and the air conditioning was a challenge. The upstairs was much warmer than downstairs and the unusually hot temperatures did not help. There was blood on the comforter in the master bedroom but we could switch it out with one of the others. We unfortunately had a plumbing issue which caused a leak from the ceiling and we opted to leave early. Jan was responsive to our call and offered to possibly find another unit but we opted to leave because the response of Shawnee staff was not helpful.

Great experience

We had such a wonderful time. The property was very nice and clean. It was a little confusing finding the property because of poor signage but once we were there we absolutely loved it! Booking and check in were so easy. We rented two units and wanted them next to one another. We were able to do so with ease. You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

Good family stay in the Poconos

We had a great stay and we found the villa to be clean and very spacious for our family. The location was great. Plan on driving to the amenities. The amenities were great. Some of the amenities do cost extra but there is plenty to do. The garbage set up was not great and the kitchen was not that well stocked if you plan on cooking. It has the basics but if you are cooking large family meal, bring extra pots and pans.

Super clean and spacious

Almost perfect, only issues were oven and refrigerator didn't work properly. Parking was somewhat confusing, only 1 stall marked for unit, we had 2 vehicles and all stalls nearby were marked for other units.
