Looking at the outside you would never believe what's on the inside! Beautiful! The apartment needed a little work, but for the price and the friendly people that work there that go above and beyond for you it was overlooked.

Why they chose this property

Our family enjoys all the events in downtown Lorain. We love going down to the water every 4th of July to see the firework display. We enjoy the parades and festivals.

What makes this property unique

Our apartments are right in the heart of historic downtown Lorain. The architecture of these old buildings is amazing. We are right across the street from the Palace theater. Lorain has the beautiful Black River waterfront that hosts rocking on the river. Lorain also has a family Labor Day and a winter festival. Lorain has so much to offer.
