Private room in Vintage house, placed between urban life and nature escape:)

You are going to enjoy your stay in our newly decorated Vintage Saxon House + a Big Rest Garden. It is located near the Old Fortress's Walls and Towers in a splendid quiet natural area by the foot of Tampa Mountain.All main attractions are 2-7 minutes away: Fortress's Towers, Black Church, String Street, Piata Sfatului's Square, Piata Prundului's Square, First Romanian School, the Trinities, museums etc. More like a hostel we offer private rooms aswell as shared rooms,just tell us your wish :)
We have a nice vintage house with a very big garden approx 2000sq meters which is only part of an even bigger complex of neighbouring gardens.A green oasis very close to the medieval center and in the middle of numerous attractive hot-spots! By the way we offer free maps of Brasov aswell.
We've redecorated the place during the past six months.
The house is build on 2 levels, composed of 4 bedrooms:
-2 Private Rooms with 2 to maximum 4 sleeping places each &
-2 Shared Rooms with bunkbeds each with 6 to maximum 8 sleeping places.
If you book we are going to make sure that we satisfy your needs, trying to offer you the most intimacy that you wish by making sure you are not going to sleep in the same room with other people if you do not wish so, so you'll just have to let us know in time..


THE SPACE explained

The upper floor is composed of a hallway with luggage storage possibility, 1 private room with a view to the street and Tampa mountain, 1 shared bunkbeds room with view to the front courtyard terrace, 1 shared bunkbeds room with view to the inner garden and the old city, 1 living & play room with sofa's, table's, where a laptop is also available for internet usage aswell as different types of social games, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower is also available in this level aswell as a nice 20 sq meters open-air terrace with a nice view to the Tampa Mountain.

On the 1st floor there are 2 big toilets each with shower aswell as an extra space with 2 sinks and washing machine space.Following a long hallway you will get to the kitchen space, 1 private bedroom (with 2 max 4 sleeping places) and the access to the relaxation garden.
The garden offers nice views and a good place to relax in the grass, between the bushes or under the wallnut, apple, cherry trees and other shrubs that grow here.There are 2 covered terraces where you can enjoy even if it is too sunny or it is one of the rainy days in the season. In the back of the garden we've also built a nice grilling and fire place.
There is enough space for children to play free , hammocks can be hung in the trees and even travelling tents could be installed here on demand.But winter is coming, so get ready for the snowman :)
