The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return furniture to its place. Check under beds, drawers, and closets for belongings, including chargers. Forgotten items needing shipping incur fees.
Wash/put away dishes, and clean any excess mess (food, sand, trash). Dirty towels can be left on the bathroom floor or in the tub. Let us know if you notice any inoperable items or maintenance issues.
Cleaners will arrive at 10 a.m. to prepare for next tenant. If you plan to depart before 10 a.m., please let us know. A $50 fee will be incurred for late check-outs without prior written approval.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
