Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
A general rule leave the home as you found it upon your arrival. If furniture was moved please return, tie down umbrellas as upon arrival. Lock all windows and doors (incl garage) close all drapes.
All remotes to TV, light-fan, etc are left on table, island or cart. Any items from the home please return so you are not charged. All lights on timers remain ON. Front Porch remains ON-next to door.
All towels/linens used placed in a pile on the floor. If you stay includes a Sunday or Monday we request your assistance in moving the 3 recycle bins to the curb on Sunday and/or After Monday Pickup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
