Relaxing Lake Condo Getaway! <br>Enjoy a Fantasic Lakeview for a little R&R

Beautiful 2 bed/2bath condo in The Hollows with great views of the lake and Hill Country landscape, you will not want to miss a Texas sunset from here! Great place to fish, boat, swim or just relax with friends and family. Fully furnished, updated and equipped to sleep at least 4 guests. Only a few steps from the lake and marina, close to Austin (~35 miles) and to Cedar Park (~8 miles) attractions. Full access to the complex's amenities, including swimming pools, gym, docks, bbq grill, etc.

Short Term Rental Lease Agreement Checklist
From the City of Jonestown Code of Ordinances Sec. 14.02.0771 and Sec. 4.09.004
o Specification that rental tenants agree to comply with all applicable city ordinances and state laws applicable to occupancy of the short-term rental property.

o Specification that short-term rental tenants shall park only in such locations allowed under the short-term rental permit, including a list if those specified therein

o Specification that the short-term rental tenants comply with any applicable city requirement related to the parking of accessory vehicles, including boats, travel trailers, and recreational vehicles.

o Agreement by the short-term rental permittee and tenant to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Jonestown in connection with the city’s inspection of the property and other performance actions pursuant to the city’s regulation of short-term rental properties.

o Specification prohibiting the use of the short-term rental for functions, such as weddings, parties or other types of gatherings.

o No more than 15 people can be at the residence at any given time.

o Occupancy of short-term rental shall be based on the number of bedrooms in the residence. For example, 1 bedroom = 4 persons, 2 bedrooms = 6 persons, 3 bedrooms = 8 persons, 4 bedrooms = 10 persons. Overnight occupancy of a short-term rental shall be limited to a maximum of 10 persons.

o No noise before 9am-10pm. that can be heard at the residence closest to the short-term rental.

o No live music before 1pm or after 10pm.

o No outside activities are allowed after 10pm.

o No firepits can be used.

This condo is one of the nicest furnished in this neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean, well-furnished and well-appointed. The owner was very accommodating and nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again!

Three weeks in Lago Vista.

Nice spot in a nice place. Host is A+. Location is a little remote especially since they were working on the road, it took a little bit longer than planned to get to urban areas. I would stay there again.

Relaxation at the lake

Very nice property. Owner easy to work with. Beds very comfortable and patio nice. Great to have a garage and a first floor unit. Couches a bit low and carpet needs a refresh but everything else very nice. Will be back!!!

This unit was great for my family of 4 (with two young children under 4). The private Garage access directly connected to the unit was ideal for carrying young children around. Location was a very short drive to the Beach club and within a short walk to several hiking trails. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, we had a great time staying here!

We had a nice stay. Due to rain we didn't get to use any amenities, but if you stay at a non rainy time or summer It would be a great place to stay! Host had great communication and was easy to work and accommodating to make her guest happy. Hopefully will get to stay again with better weather!

Many different outdoor activities

This was a very nice condo for a family of four on the bottom floor; bedrooms were on opposite ends, so privacy for the parents. The Hollows has multiple outdoor activities - hiking, tennis, swimming, lakeside, marina. You will be in cedar country while hiking. The drive in is a little longer, with curvy roads, but not far enough to stop us from going into Cedar Park twice. Nice people at the resort, and very well maintained. We will definitely consider this location again.

Great weekend getaway

Our family of 3 spent a nice weekend at this condo. The condo was clean, very spacious, and comfortable! We spent some time walking around the trails in the area and walking down to the lake area. Nice and quiet and just we needed to get away. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our Girls weekend! It was a bit far from “town”, but we appreciated that.

This place had everything we needed. We ventured to Austin and Waco, and always glad to come back to this place, the back patio was lovely for relaxing & watching sunset! Veronica was responsive and helpful.

Condo and facility were great! The only local restaurant was not open, and they could do a lot better about posting their hours. So, be prepared to drive for food. Everything else was superb!

Book it! You won’t regret it!

We traveled from Dallas with our four kids (7 and under) We usually do hotels with my husband points. Wanted something different. I was worried it would be stressful with the kids, but I was so wrong! It was so relaxing and it is more beautiful than the photos. The condo is spacious and held us all easily. Bedrooms are split so you don’t hear kiddo noise. Large closet in master perfect for a toddler to have him close. That patio view!! You can’t see any other homes or people from the patio and it feels so secluded (except maybe a very distant house on the hills) The condo has every possible amenity. Plush towels, cozy bedding, fancy soaps, and kitchen items. Do stop at H-E-B before arriving. The Hollows is a wonderful well kept secret. The property is huge with winding roads and 90 percent of it is beautiful trees and such- we saw deer up close. The amenity center/ pool: Not crowded! Sometimes we were the only ones there with one other family. It was busier in the afternoons but still not “crowded” like hotel pools. It is essentially two pool areas. The kids loved it! There is a restaurant down there with great food and drinks. We cooked hot dogs at the grills there one day, it was a delight. We had planned to do lots of things in Austin etc but we ended up staying on the property except for church one morning and out to eat one night. It was just too relaxing to leave! Veronica is great. If you want to get away from it all, this is for you!

A beautiful place with easy access to a nice pool resort area! We rented a golf cart and rode around on many trails throughout the Hollows. Veronica was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and she was very friendly! We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to go back!
