About this property

Beautiful completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath ski in/ski out condo overlooking Ballhooter lift. Condo is like new with updated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances, upgraded bathroom with large vanity, cork flooring and electric fireplace. New carpet throughout and a new mattress on the sofa bed installed in 2021. This condo is very comfortable, clean and a perfect location with great top floor views while also avoiding the noise of lower level units. New larger balcony was completed in Fall of 2022 and is now available for use.

Condo has a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room is also a pull out bed allowing the condo to sleep 4 comfortably.

Just park your car in the security guarded parking lot and no need to drive again, as Mountain Lodge has the best location at Snowshoe, right on the slopes and just steps away from the Village and Split Rock Pools. An indoor playground, indoor skating rink and arcade for the kids are additional amenities available.

Perfect! Right by the slopes!

Loved my stay at Snowshoe. the condo was the perfect size for me (or 2). The condo is in great shape - and had everything I needed. 2 Fans to keep me cool (I always need a fan :-), a cute little electric fireplace that actually puts out heat, two Adirondack chairs on the covered balcony for watching the skiers (when I wasn't one). The lodge itself is dated but it works and has everything you need. The hot tub and pool are an extra charge ($17/person) and up at the top of the parking lot - Split Rocks Pool. Their hot tub is to die for! Everything was very clean with the exception of bathtub which had some dirt in it - not a big deal but probably should remind the cleaners to check it better. I would definitely stay there again!

ski in ski out 100' to the Ballhooter lift and slope

I love Mountain Lodge 340 for it’s furnishing and ski in / ski out location. It can’t be beat. This is my second year staying in ML340 and I’ll be back. The layout is much like all Mountain Lodge one bedroom condos but Candy has done a good job of maximizing the space. The lighting upgrade and the new bathroom sink and vanity are great. This is a great unit for a couple or couple and maximum two children. I especially like the view directly onto Ballhooter lift and ski trail. Parking is very close to the building and free which is a plus compared to other rentals at Snowshoe. I also found Candy to be very responsive to any contacts.

Ski Trip

Everything was as expected. Our host had clearly explained the check-in process and there were clear directions for the unit including the electric fireplace. Everything was clean and need and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking except the food. Best location in the village as you walk out the back door, pop on your skis and down the slopes you go.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed over Christmas '23. The condo has been recently renovated with a very nice balcony overlooking the Ballhooter lift. The kitchen is well stocked, especially for the size. The Lodge is dated but has a ping pong table and a pool table we enjoyed on days we were not skiing. We had reservations for Al Dente' (located in the Lodge) and Ale House Junction (in the village). Both were very good! Definitely recommend reservations for the Junction, as they had a 45-60 minute wait. We enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories! Candy was helpful and responsive. We hope to come back again!

This condo is located in Mountain Lodge which is an older lodge but definitely has the best location at Snowshoe. Right on the slopes with convenient parking and only steps to the Village and Split Rock Pools.
