The house was built by high quality construction materials and equipped with new modern bathrooms, tiles and furniture.
It provides a comfortable and beautiful environment ideal for relaxation.
In the East, Sea is located about 40 meters away to the west about 80 meters.
The house is surrounded by olive trees and that is, with sea view, creating a special atmosphere of the Mediterranean.

Land size of garden is 400 m2.

The two suites are the size of 60 m2 each with beds 4 + 2 have two bedrooms, each with two beds and two additional beds in the living room.

The apartment on the floor has two terraces (20m2 and 12m2), a ground floor apartment has 60m2 terrace.
