Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
After using the patio or grill, pls cover to help keep everything in great condition.
Used dishes, pots, cups, utensils, should be placed in the dishwasher.
Missing or damaged towels will incur a $20 fee per towel.
Damaged linens will incur a $50 fee.
Other damages to property will be assessed, and replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Excessive cleaning will result in additional fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
