The ‘Manitou Manse’ cottage is tucked snuggly behind a main house on a quiet street that is walking distance into the artsy mountain town of Manitou Springs.

This one bedroom, one bath, completely renovated cottage, is nestled at the base of Pikes Peak and only a few minutes from Colorado Springs. It’s perfect for one or two people who are ready for a longer stay or on a work assignment.

The Space:
Enjoy the views from the outdoor seating area, stroll in the park across the street of just walk into downtown Manitou for coffee, drinks or dinner.

This awesome Manitou Springs cottage is so cute you will want to ‘pinch its cheeks!’ A nostalgic, hand placed flagstone patio greets you with an inviting outdoor seating area located just outside the double French doors. Enjoy the cool morning breeze or the nighttime stars from your own little nook of the world. Tucked behind the main house, you will feel the privacy and convenience of this desirable location.

The completely renovated cottage is both artistic and contemporary with a comfy flair. The living area, dining space and kitchen are all open concept with a natural and vibrant blue and aqua color pattern for a fun, creative and ‘namaste’ effect.

A plush, cerulean blue sofa, with lots of throw pillows, invites you to curl up and relax with a good book or an old movie. Such a sweet setting with a cozy, quaint and multi-cultural feel.

The kitchen is bright, white and bubbly with new cabinets, butcher block counter tops and a bubble themed back splash. Plus, you have extra countertop space with the ‘coffee cart’ mobile island.

The bedroom is warm, quaint, and inviting with an aqua and blue color theme and an overall serene feel. It has a queen size bed, large closet, and a
desk and chair for those who may be working during their stay.

The bathroom has been completely updated to include a large vanity and floor to ceiling tile surround shower. You will love the sea glass waterfall style accents as you step into the spacious shower.

Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit. We do offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee to include new linens and towels.

🔑 Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Snuggled at the base of Pikes Peak and just a 5-minute drive from Colorado Springs, it’s ideally located for visitors who appreciate a balance of exhilarating outdoor activities in a mountain environment, and the more urban pleasures of city living.

You might be surprised by how much you can do within tiny Manitou Springs. There are art galleries and boutique shopping, casual and luxury dining, a coffee shop and a brewery. You might also consider experiencing:

Uber and Lyft are readily available and there is also a bus line that goes through Manitou Springs. Having your own car is most convenient but walking, biking and third party transportation is all available in this location.

Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. There is a long term tenant in the larger house attached. You will be sharing trash service.

-There is NO washer or dryer onsite. The Coin-Op Laundry is a 24/7 laundromat with coin laundry machines. It is located only a few minute walk from the home on the main street.
-We do offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee to include new linen and towels.
