The property is hidden on the 2nd floor of a historical building, which was previously built by American to serve their people during the Vietnam War and then taken over by Vietnamese Government after Reunification day in 1975s. Residents here are almost Saigoneses who or whose family members have been working for the Government. Living here, you can find many interesting things about the daily life of Saigon locals, especially commoners who fights from day to day to earn a living.
