Downstairs covered area for hanging out or cooking up your favorite BBQ or boiled seafood. There is a fish cleaning table with sink and an outdoor shower for rinsing off when coming in from the beach.
Nearest beach crossing is across from Grape Lane just three lots over.
Renters are responsible for filling propane tanks.
