Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash & recycle cans are outside the house, please collect and throw away trash before leaving. Hang the used towels in the bathroom.
Lock the back door (kitchen door) from inside.
Set the thermostat at 72 F° in winter for heat, & 75 F° in summer for cool. Keep fan auto but choose cooling or heating(do not keep auto temperature). Turn off all lights & fans. Lock the main door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
