Lock the back door (kitchen door) from inside.
Set the thermostat at 72 F° in winter for heat, & 75 F° in summer for cool. Keep fan auto but choose cooling or heating(do not keep auto temperature). Turn off all lights & fans. Lock the main door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind and no parties- anywhere at the property! (Fine- $200)
Do not eat in hottub! Extra charge($100) for cleaning would apply
