Newly remodeled, perfect condition condo with one large bedroom, one recently remodeled bathroom and a living room with a sleeper sofa that looks out to the beautiful, famous Turtle Bay golf course. Also a large, gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops, equip with brand new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Our condo is located on the putting green on the Turtle Bay Golf Course. This Turtle Bay area is prestigious and safe! You have the luxury of 24 hour security guards for extra protection of your personal items. This condo is a short 5-10 minute walk to breathtaking beaches where there is surfing and snorkeling. Also just a short walk to Turtle Bay resort which has some of the best restaurants around. You will have full access to a quiet pool and gazebo, perfect for an afternoon BBQ. Also tennis courts and tennis rackets are available for you so get your game on! This condo is perfect for a luxury, upscale vacation at an extremely low price!

Good stay. Mattress a little soft, towels need replaced (smelled sour even after washing), probably need someone to clean the wash machine, didn’t use but microwave door can’t open. I guess if I ran a BnB, I would put more into it and maybe charge a little more? However, Vanessa was great to work with, price was right, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location close to surfing spots and walking distance to Turtle Bay. Nice swimming pool, secluded and safe for kids. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo in North Shore

Wonderful condo with great amenities and location. Easy check in and good communication with property manager. Enjoyed swimming at Keiki Beach and hiking to Kahuku Point. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Quiet area, nice condo

Owners very friendly, nice condo. Back patio has pleasant view of trees and part of the golf course. I saw some chickens wandering on the golf course, some other pretty birds came by and were feeding in the grass. Very close to the beach, just a few minutes drive.

Great location

Perfect spot on the North shore, I considered not leaving a 5 star review because when I reached out about my travel plans changing the owner stated there is no refund, even though it was more than two months notice, I was upset but made other arrangements to keep the dates, the posting does state there is no refunds so I shouldn’t negatively impact the review just because I didn’t read that part, so as long as you know that is the case this is a great place to rent. It was stocked well with what we needed and it was clean.

NOISY AND UNCONORTABLE PLACE TO STAY!

The sofa in the living room is dirty and uncomfortable. the whole unit needs to be cleaned thoroughly. There is noise, because is close to the main Streets. You get charged $100 if you lose your parking permit. you feel as if you are being watched. I couldn't wait to leave the place. The only comfort was the bed.

Great staycation

It was perfect for our little staycation, the condo was fully equipped with kitchen gear, golf set, beach chairs and mat and all the amenities needed for a great adventurous stay. Location is perfect and we really enjoyed eating dinner at Leileis, the restaurant on the golf course, delicious food, great service and we have young ones, so running around on the putting greens before and after dinner was perfect. However, we did have a problem with an infestation with ants, they were everywhere.. on the couch, countertops with nothing else on it, if you left some food out, it was covered in a matter of seconds. There were B52s flying cockroaches, luckily the kids didn’t realize how gross they really are- as we turned it into a game of batting with a slipper in mid air and on the wall.

Price realistic to stay. Washer/dryer out of order.

Realistically, great for the price for the location and stay, but washer dryer out of order and not previously communicated. Overall, if it wasn't for a little deception, I would have given a 5. We are realistic about location, price, and cleanliness when it comes to a Hawai'i stay, because we're local expats. I can overlook the broken screen, baby gecko's hunting with the spiders, crumbs under the couch, and whatnot. I can sterilize and clean with the community. I do have a problem with the washer and dryer being featured in the listing but not actually being functioning. I am glad we brought and used our own sheets and towels. For the off peak pricing, and I would say it was still worth it as long as you lower your expectations and standards. It will be a little basic, old, and tacky (literally tacks holding up some stuff), but again, for the price and location, the value exists. Just think of it as visiting your stoner college buddies house for a weekend.

Another 3 Weeks in Paradise!

My husband and I just spent 21 glorious days at this condo! Between the soothing sound of the tropical birds in the morning, the geckos greeting us outside, (they bring us good luck), and the tropical breezes coming through (this is the tropics folks, no need for A/C), we knew we were on vacation! The check-in instructions were easy to figure out. There are large Smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Vanessa replied quickly with a video on how to work the TV remote, as I am tech-needy:( The kitchen looked clean, new A/C units (didn't use), loved the cleaning supplies like broom and vacuum in the closet and the washer/dryer was a bonus! Loved how we can just walk out the unit onto the golf course walkway! All in all, this is a good unit at a great price. Thank you Vanessa!

House needed a thorough deep cleaning Bath towels worn out and thin Shower curtain had mold on it - both outer and inner curtain No washcloths for kitchen or bath No kitchen towels. Only paper towels One y’all drinking glass Silverware drink had oil spilled all over it Air conditioner in bedroom had condensation leaks on the floor and under the bed Air conditioner goes in and off consistently. Never cools down sufficiently Baseboards by air conditioner were soaked so they were rotting No screen door in living room patio doors so couldn’t enjoy the breeze Couch was stained A drawer and cabinet in the kitchen just had stuff thrown in there Bathroom cabinet under the sink was also a mess The condo had many complaints on their reviews. Wish we would have read them!

Wonderfully simple retreat

If you're looking for a quick and simple getaway, this place does well. It did really well for my wife and I who only stayed two nights. We also only live about 20 minutes away, so we were familiar with the Turtle Bay Resort area. The place itself was clean (except the microwave - we cleaned it! :)) Other's comments noted how the place was a little worn. We could see that, but it didn't cause any disruption. I would say, the birds here can be loud and are going off even late at night. If you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs and turn on the AC unit to drown it out. The bed was super comfortable and easy to sleep on. Communication with the host was very smooth. Everything was as she said it would be. She had told us in the instructions to NOT toss the comforter into the wash at the end of our stay. We forgot and ended up washing it. We messaged her about it and she was gracious and let us know it was all right. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for a simple getaway!

Not as advertised

This condo was dirty and in poor condition. It was not properly equipped for rental. The sheets didn't fit the mattress and should be consigned to the rag bag. We had to request a pot to boil eggs and request light bulbs, Which the owner wouldn't install). We had to request hand soap as the soap dispensers were filled with dish soap. We requested a bath mat for the slippery tub but the owner refused saying it was not advertised. It is not on the golf course. The view out the back included the traffic and noise of the main highway. Louver windows were inoperable and the sliding door to the lanai had no screen. Consequently we had to keep the doors closed to keep bugs out. I would not recommend staying in this unit. I have stayed in several units in this complex and this one is by far the worst.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

TAKE MY ADVICE. DO NOT STAY HEREThe place was filthy and dangerousPower kept tripping & turning off lights would also flicker The fridge /freezer was covered in mould (sever health risk)Fridge had left over food from previous renters. No idea how old it was. Rental stated that the accommodation sleeps 4. However the sofa bed tiny and not a “bed” was like a park bench and my two little boys barely fit on there. No way an adult would fit. It was also dirty. bed linen was dirty and smelled. Pillows were stained. The bed had sand and hair in the sheets. Aircon in the bedroom was leaking water all over the power chord. washing machine and dryer did not work. There was mould and dirt all around the washer/dryer. The fire detectors/ smoke alarms had been removed from all rooms. (As far as I’m aware, smoke alarms are required by law)I tried contacted the host initially as we had trouble entering the rental. I also tried to call the host 5 times. Each time went through to voice mail. I finally got a hold of the host via text message, and after I voiced my concerns partially with the mould and power issues she replied with “I should have paid a lot more money” “I expected 5 star on a budget” to my response I just wanted a safe clean place to stay. She then replied with “well you should have done more research” and claims that her past guests loved staying there. Not according to the reviews. We had to leave and are now out of pocket 3000. I have photo proof of all.
