The service and stay was awful

We had a problem with our door not locking and not being able to leave our room for two day’s maintenance had to be called multiple times to fix our door and made two trips out and still wasn’t working properly we will never stay at this property ever again

Old, out dated

I tried to cancel this reservation because there was a shooting that happened at this condo. The girl that was shot was literally 10 feet from my kids and the shooter was on the 16th floor of this condo. They were very short and very rude when I called and explained the situation and explained why I didn’t not want to stay. My kids were terrified to stay and wanted to leave. We wound up wasting money on this place to shower and head home-it was outdated and very small. Needs some major bathroom updates. The tub/shower was old and gross. Other people in our group were able to get their money refunded after the incident-however this was run by a “company” and they were zero help. Communication sucked throughout the entire time. Emails took forever to be answered-even before our stay!

Beautiful view. Clean. Perfect for family of 4 or less. In the middle of shopping and eating. Perks to the pool bar and grill they have.

Overall good stay

Condo needs some cleaning and updates. Bathroom had dirty walls and bathtub floor looked dirty. Bedroom closet needed a few hangers. We bought 20 and left them there so hopefully they stay in the room. No instructions on the tv and the remote in the bedroom didn’t work so we had to use the one from living room. Overall we were happy with the stay. With the room located where it is, we heard the elevator every single time it went up or down so that was frustrating. It needs some basic repairs in the room and a little cosmetic things but other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
