HARBOUR VIEW TRANQUILITY

Trilogy Villas are located at Pattersons Estate in the Springhill/Turtle Bay/Falmouth area, a 20 minute drive from St. John's and a 30 minute drive from the airport.

The three 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villas are situated on a hillside with stunning views of Falmouth Harbour and with easy access to English Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard, Antigua's only UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE site.

The location provides a perfect starting point for a hike to Rendezvous Bay arguably one of the most scenic bays in Antigua with sweeping white sand beaches. Popular Pigeon Point beach is a short five minute drive away.

Each villa has two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms, located on the upper floor share a balcony. The lower floor has a powder room, comfortable living room which opens onto a lower balcony and dining area with an adjacent kitchen and large laundry room.

Other amenities include ceiling fans, cable television, Internet, optional security system, generator with automatic change over switch and internally controlled storm shutters.

Trilogy is located in a prime position for exploring the Southside and its astonishing dining and nightlife scene. Look out from your apartment across to the sparkling translucent sea, or take a hike to the breathtaking sandy beach of Rendezvous Bay, a short drive to a convoy of harbour side resort, restaurants, shops and bars. For those who enjoy water sports, the local yachting centre is a few minutes drive away.

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay here! You definitely want a vehicle for this location, and the kitchen only had the bare essentials for cooking, but the views and excellent service are outstanding. The upper gallery has gorgeous views of Falmouth harbor and wonderful breeze.
