Apartment Kandus A - Garden with Beautiful Views, Free Parking

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and a beautiful view. Only a 5 minute walk to the city center, the beach, the supermarket, and the main bus station.

Two parking spaces available for free (parked tandem one in front of the other).

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, a restroom and a large bedroom with two single beds, sofa, and TV (you can use this room as a living room instead).

The apartment has its own private entrance and also a glass door with an exit to the garden.
There is a dining table on the covered terrace outside, as well as two tables in the garden.

There are three air conditioning/heating units in the apartment (you can set the temperature with remote controls), as well as radiators in every room (we have central heating).
The bathroom also has an infra heater.

The kitchen has a large fridge, a freezer, a stove with 4 burners (gas and electric), an oven, microwave, sink, and a washing machine. There is also a toaster, blender, and an electric water kettle.
A dishwasher was installed in 2022.

The kitchen cabinets are equipped with pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, silverware, as well as some cooking essentials (salt, sugar, black pepper, oil, and vinegar).

The bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld showerhead, a toilet, bidet, sink, a large mirror, and an infra lamp.
The faucets, the bidet, toilet, and floors in the bigger bathroom were replaced in 2021.

All the bedrooms have hardwood floors and the windows have shutters and curtains.
The bedroom with the two single beds has a view of the garden and the sea.

There is a big sofa and an HD TV in the larger bedroom.
The TV has 200+ channels, including premium ones like HBO. These are mostly English-language channels, as well as many German and some French and Italian language ones.

Fresh towels and bedding (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, blankets) are provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and soap.
You can find extra blankets and pillows in the closets.

The apartment is regularly cleaned with Hyla deep-cleaning system.

Your parking is right in front of the house. Two cars can be parked tandem in the parking spot (one in front of the other).
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for sleeper vans and other extremely large cars because they would most likely be too tall to fit through the stone arch.
Before booking, it is best to check the gallery which features pictures of the parking area (or send me a message with the dimensions of your car).

The whole garden is available for guests to use but it is shared with the guests of the other apartment on the property and the owner of the house.
We also rent out a 3-person apartment in the same house as well as a small cabin (only in the summer months). Both are listed on this website.
There can be other dogs in the garden because all three apartments are pet-friendly.

IMPORTANT - Tourist Tax:

The Piran city tourist tax is not yet included in the price.
The tax has to be collected by all hotels and private apartments at check-in in cash, the price is 3,13€ per adult person per night, 1,56€ for children age 7-17, nothing for children under 7. This tax is already mentioned in the pricing information.
When you send a booking request please confirm in your message that you saw that this tax has to be paid in addition.

EXTRA SPACE
From November until April it is possible to add an extra room (located between apartments A and B) to the apartment.
This 12-square meter room has a table for three people, a dresser, a wardrobe, and a pull-out couch that can be made into a 140x200 cm bed (with a comfortable memory foam mattress topper on top).
This room overlooks the garden and the sea, the glass doors open to the covered terrace.
