Important Booking & Cancellation Policies
To ensure a smooth arrival and stay within our community, please note the following requirements:

Guest Registration: All guests must complete a community registration form (provided after booking) and return it at least 4 days before check-in.

Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 3 days of check-in, an additional $40 non-refundable fee is required to expedite the community registration process.

Cancellation Policy: While we offer a 100% refund (14+ days out) or 50% refund (7–14 days out), the $50 community registration fee (paid by the host on your behalf at the time of booking) is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, this $50 fee will be retained or requested via the Resolution Center to cover these non-recoverable costs.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Maximum 5 cars allowed.Guests are responsible for any violations(speeding, parking tickets, delivery issues, etc).Fines must be paid within 2–3 weeks.The community is very firm about the speed limit.
Lost & Found     •    Items left behind will be held for 48 hours. After that, unclaimed items will be discarded.     •    Found items can be mailed at the guest’s expense.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our host Payal was terrific, great communication and quick responses to all my inquiries. From the ease of check in to check out everything was perfect. The house was impeccable, from the cleanliness to amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was short but we plan to book again come summer.

The home was very well kept and clean, the check in process was a little bumpy at first but was fixed extremely fast when i contacted the host. Other than that, the stay went very well and was comfortable and good for my family. The only concern was the amount of TVs in the home, my family and I think it should have been more than just 3. Great home at the end of the day.
