Our rental is exactly as described, clean and all the photos are current. The guest sounded drunk when she called before arrival as she could not find the address VRBO gives everyone as soon as the reservation is made and stays in their reservation. No problem, I gave it to her. A few minutes later she arrived and she called again and asks where the blender is. I said we don't have one. She screamed at me and did not stop screaming for the remainder of the call. I tried to tell her it was not listed in our amenities, but I was cut off every time I tried to say anything. She kept screaming going from no blender to how she is going to leave me a horrible review and she is going to say and make up this and that as she ranted on and on. This is all within a couple of minutes of her arrival and because she wanted a blender. She was threatening me over and over saying I will be sorry while still screaming, and then she hung up on me. She then carried out her threats by lying in a review to try and get back at me for not having a blender! How ridiculous! There is no blender listed in our listing. The listing shows all the kitchen appliances we have. The laundry also is exactly as listed in our listing and in our rental contract that she agreed to. Of course, our floor is not dirty! I saw it being swept, moped, and steam mopped. I check all units after they are cleaned in detail. I opened some curtains, turned on a few lights, and checked everything again right before I sent her the door code. The floor is such light-colored tile I even used the steam mop again to stem mop my way out the door after I walked through it and double-checked everything out. The floor was spotless when they arrived. We do put a new dish soap in the kitchen. In the bathroom is a large dispenser of soft soap hand soap. We also had dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, toilet paper, and coffee filters in the condo all exactly as described in the rental agreement /contract that the guest agreed to. The guests had plenty of towels. I do not believe she bought any. There were only two guests and we stock all units with enough towels for 4 people. We add extra when the reservation is for 5 or 6 guests. When I did the final walk-through I double-checked the towel count along with several other things. I also removed the dirty towels after the guests left. This was bullying harassing guest behavior because she didn't have a blender. We try very hard, want all guests to be happy and have a good stay!

Our property is exactly as advertised. The description and photos are accurate. No properties on this entire site are allowed to have an address listed per the rules of the site. Most people really like the convenience of the location and being able to use the sidewalk to walk to restaurants, shops, and groceries and the beach is very close. The road in front of the building is only a block long and has residential homes next to us and there is a dead end on each end of the street. In front of that is some grass and in front of that is a sidewalk and then another road. that is busier, but it has condos up and down it along with some shops, and restaurants.
