Perfect Bungalow in Quiet Neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at Matt’s house for 3 1/2 months (Jan - Apr). It was a fantastic experience! Matt is a truly accommodating and efficient host. He maintains his place with an eye for detail and was very responsive when a couple of minor issues arose. The home is located near great shopping and restaurants, with a fantastic natural hiking area (Gateway) about a 10 minute drive away. I worked remotely during our stay, which was easy in this quiet neighborhood with the excellent additional Wi-Fi we arranged. The home office area is spacious and filled with natural light during the day. The backyard is a sanctuary, with opportunities for shade and sun throughout the day. The pool wasn’t warm enough for more than a polar dip in the winter, but its fountain, combined with a variety of birdsong, created a relaxing soundscape. The hot tub has the best shoulder massage jets I’ve encountered, and like everything at the property, is carefully maintained. We would definitely stay at Matt’s place again. It’s a home away from home, with great weather and all the comforts!

Just what we needed

This property is super clean, cute, spacious, private, and had everything we needed for our week-plus stay. The owner was extremely communicative during the booking process and leading up to our stay, and he also checked in with us during our visit. He even had our favorite drinks and snacks waiting for us upon our arrival. Such a nice touch. The house is in a great neighborhood (we felt very safe), with a huge park in walking distance and tons of shops, restaurants, and drug stores/grocery stores just a short drive away. I would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding home, very relaxing

The house itself was amazing. Communication with Matt the owner was very easy and he obviously takes a great deal of pride of making sure your stay goes smoothly. Everything was well stocked and the welcome of fruit and drinks was much appreciated. The house is very well located relative to getting to shops and local attractions. Everything was in prefect working condition. Could not have had a better week.
