About this property

Our restored Victorian home is spacious and light-filled. There are two verandas for relaxation and almost two acres for your wandering pleasure. We are a short walk from restaurants, and shops, and located right next to the renowned Inn at L.ittle Washington.
*Two important things to note:
1.) Please check with us before booking as we also let out our suites individually and do not want to create a conflict for any of our potential guests! Calendars are great but communication is better.
2.) We have two indoor cats and one outdoor cat but can arrange for their care while you enjoy our home.

Greetings! I am an RN and my husband is a Pipefitter who is also a trained Chef. We enjoy sharing travel, gardening, entertaining, and sharing our home with others. Since we first met, it was our dream to create a restful and memorable retreat for guests. We want our home to feel like your home with an added twist -- no STRESS or responsibilities. <3

Why they chose this property

For years, we searched for a town with charm, history, and a sense of community in a scenic mountainous locale. We first thought of Vermont, but when we came to Little Washington we had a feeling THIS was our home. Fast forward 25 years later, and I guess our intuition was correct!

What makes this property unique

A Victorian farmhouse built in ~1890, our home contains all the usual character and woodwork reminiscent of the late 1800s. We have updated the rooms but preserved the original woodwork and decorated them in the style of the period: Art Nouveau (1890-1914).
