We enjoyed our stay the place was very clean and definitely had enough room for our large family of 16. The beach walk was great but a little to long for the babies, and it would have been nice to have baby gates on the top deck but the place really was great.

Paradise on an island 🌴

This property was well equipped with all the amenities, including the convenience of a short walk to the beach. There were 11 of us in our group, and everyone had plenty of space and room to feel right at home. Loved the fishing, wildlife and friendly locals. Will definitely return for another vacation!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. As a family of 6, we had more than enough room. The fish cleaning station was a bonus after days of snapper fishing. We would definitely recommend!

Home away from home!

Our stay in Dauphin Island was wonderful. We had two families with five kids. There was plenty of room and the house set up was perfect. It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The kids enjoyed crabbing off the dock. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to returning one day.

Fantastic Get Away

Perfect getaway. We had 3 families (13 people in all) and the house was a perfect layout. The boat deck was accessible for kayaking, fishing and swimming. For kid play, the down stairs and cul-de-sac made it easy for them to run crazy and bike. Easy walk/bike to the beach. The owners response time was impeccable for any questions. Thanks again, if we come back in the future, we will be staying here!

Labor Day trip

We had an amazing time with our family and our best friends and their kids!! We come every year to the island and we look forward each year to this trip. The place was very nice and clean! We loved that there were bikes and kayaks for our use! We enjoyed being on the canal with easy access to the beach! Everything we needed was provided for us at the house! Very beautiful home! Great House for 2 families

Loved the house and outside setup with canal and kayaks. Close to the beach and just down the street from restaurants. House 2 masters, 2 bunk rooms and then queen rooms is perfect for a good mix of kids teenage and down. When weather wasn't cooperating everyone still had space. Kitchen has the essentials and the grill outside is gets the job done. Would also highly recommend Island Time Golf Cart rental to cruise around on.

Perfect layout for family of 12

This was the perfect layout for our family. Two couples had kids and basically had a 2-bedroom suite each. I’ve read other reviews about the smaller seating area in the living room, and yes more seating would be great but we valued the separate spaces for kids SO much more. We loved the outdoor seating and spent a lot of time out there. We also enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. We had a wonderful week on the island and thoroughly enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home was spacious, clean, well stocked on kitchen items and comfortable home furnishing. We made use of the bikes, but had to pump 2 of the bikes since all of them had flat tires. We also wanted to use the kayaks but didn't think to bring life vests. We had many great memories here and the house was perfect. Thanks.

Dauphin Island Family Weekend

The Mosley's have a beautiful home. The upgrades are gorgeous. We enjoyed everything about the home. The home is well stocked with all you need for a long vacation. TVs are in every room. It was 13 family members and we had enough room to play games and eat our seafood feast around the bar and beautiful corner table. My grandson and niece enjoyed the kayaks the most. I will recommend this home to my clients and we will be back for a visit. Thank you all for opening your home to me and my family.

Why they chose this property

We visited Dauphin Island for the first time several years ago. We instantly fell in love with the laid back atmosphere and knew that we would have a home there soon.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms but is still quaint enough for families to bond during vacation. We have the bay just out the front door and the beach out the back door. It has water views from virtually every window.
