Why they chose this property
Nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything, yet when you take a step into the backyard with the trees and shrubs, you can get lost in the tranquility. Great location has several pathways that take you throughout Augusta, including Riverwatch Parkway, Washington Road and Fury's Ferry.
What makes this property unique
Everything about this property is focused on the three Rs - recreation, rest, and rejuvenation. We all have stressful lives and deserve an escape from it all. This property features a beautiful covered patio area with an outdoor sink and BBQ and even an outside Amazon Echo for tunes and information. In the master bedroom, there is a full-featured massage chair to massage your cares away. In the living room, there is a 60" HDTV with multiple active streaming options and a wood-burning fireplace for colder periods. In the dining room, there is a dry bar with an Echo Show, a wine cooler, and a freezer chest to handle your celebratory needs. The full-featured kitchen includes refrigerator in-door ice and filtered water, a toaster oven a full range, dishwasher, and even a standard coffee maker for those leisurely brunch gatherings. This three bedroom home has both an upstairs and downstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and plenty of space for activities and movement. Upstairs has a desk and monitors you may plug your laptop into if you need to catch up on work as well. You will have strong, stable, and consistent WIFI in every corner of this house, as well as the patio and perimeter thanks to a 3-node mesh WIFI network. Smart oil diffusers for light, comforting fragrance throughout home. Finally, if you happen to have a Tesla or other EV, there is a Tesla level 2 charging station in the driveway! It charges a Tesla and similar EVs at 45 miles per hour while you sleep! If you don't have a Tesla, you will need a Tesla converter to utilize the charger.
