About this property

Family friendly lake house conveniently located on the Lake of the Ozark's north shore. Dock usage available for a fee and boat rental is located just around the corner. This home is perfect for an entire family or for a large group. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace, a hot tub, and it can sleep 15+ comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with most "must have". cooking items and the pantry has some basics, seasoning, condiments, etc. Pantry has a take what you need, leave what you don't policy! Shelf in living room has family friendly. games, cards, and maybe a nice "vacationish" book or two. The outdoor area is amazing for hanging out and relaxing. Corn hole is provided and patios offer the most amazing views of the lake. *Recent renovations include: new stairs to dock, new decking, patios, and railings. Brand new shower with multiple shower heads and body sprayers. We also completely replaced the electric fire place and installed new carpet in the living room. Perfect for fireside family time, game night, or reading. Recent renovations include painted white cabinets, shampooed carpets, and Owner’s suite now has its own private full bathroom!

Perfect for groups

Thia property was exactly what we needed and more. The quantity of rooms and beds were perfect. The home is very clean and comfortable. The house offers a hottub which was very clean and ready for use, as well as a wide range of seating outside. 10/10 recommend this house.

Nice

Very nice for warm weather getaway. We were there over Christmas, so the great outdoors aspect was minimal. The only real negative was family room was a small, tight space for a 5 bedroom home. But it’s a pretty setting. Nice kitchen. The young adults enjoyed a late night hot tub and we fished right off the dock.

Thanksgiving

Property was clean, beds were so comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels provided. Lots of space to enjoy time with family. Host was easy to reach. Kind regarding a small mishap with my son. My family enjoyed it. Hope to stay next Thanksgiving.

I am a busy, working mom of three. We just purchased this home in January of 18' and we have put a lot of sweat effort into making it a relaxing lake retreat. We have one year under us but plan to continue improvements as we go! We choose this home because our family frequently travels to the lake for a short "get-a-way" and we needed a place where we could all be together and enjoy it!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because it has 5 bedrooms and we have a very large family. It's nice to have one place for us all to get together and enjoy the lake. We are able to spend much needed time outdoors, swimming in the lake, kayaking, boating, laying on the Lilly pad, fishing, soaking up the sun, hot tubbing, playing corn hole, and best of all, grilling and enjoying a family dinner while taking in the beautiful lake view.

What makes this property unique

The hot tub is definitely a unique benefit. It's brand new as well as the patios surrounding it. I also think a unique benefit is the amount of people the house can comfortably sleep. Beds for 16 people and then you could always throw an air mattress down for more. That way families or groups can enjoy the lake together instead of having to each pay for a hotel room. It is definitely family friendly with the provided Lilly pad for the family to float on, provided kayaks to use, and the provided outdoor/indoor games.
