Osage Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The gated community had us feeling secure while we relaxed as a family. We came as a large group and had PLENTY of room to spread out while enjoying our time at the house. We were a short drive from every fun destination and the owner was very quick to respond to each question I had. We would book with this owner again, especially at this property!

Great place for large group

Had a group of about a dozen. The property fit us all comfortably. A lot of little amenities included eg dish soap, coffee, laundry detergent, bathroom items... Hot tub had clean and clear water, which can't be said for every property. Would stay at again.

The pictures didn't lie, what you see is what you get

I couldn't believe what a gem this property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is minutes from the Tan Tar conference center. The host was friendly and polite in answering the questions I had. I will be staying at this property every time I travel to the Lake.

Excellent, clean property, as advertised!

Could not ask for a better stay, with many memories our family will cherish for years to come! The place was very clean, obviously well-maintained, and as advertised. The furniture was all reasonably new and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We extremely highly recommend this place, our family plans on using this place for our annual Lake trip going forward.

Fabulous Family Trip

The house is awesome. It comfortably accommodated four families for a total of 16 people ages 2 months to 67. The bedrooms are huge and each have an attached bath. The screen porch was great for extra seating at mealtime. The host Ben was very responsive to any questions or concerns. W

Christmas in June

This was the perfect house for our family. We were all very comfortable with our own rooms and bathrooms. We utilized every part of this house. It is beautiful too. We also loved having full use of Margaritaville. We had a ball! Thanks Ben!

Wow - do not pass this one up!!

The property is immaculate and clearly well maintained! Each room is oversized and has two queen beds, allowing our group of 8 friends to each enjoy our own bed. The beds were super comfy as were the sofas… the owners did not skimp on comfort in this home. There is a full size washer and dryer in the basement which was nice to use after a day on the lake. The hot tub was very clean and warm - we only had 4 people in it at a time, but it never felt crowded. There is also a full size gas grill but we did not use it. The AC units worked very well - even in the upstairs bedroom in was always cool. Upstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan, as does the living room. The fully stocked kitchen came in handy for our group to enjoy snacks/drinks with. Nice off street parking where I’d guess at least 3 or 4 cars would fit. Property location in TanTarA is very nice and safe. We will ABSOLUTELY book this one next time we are in the Ozarks.

We had a great trip! There was plenty of space for the 3 families that stayed. The kitchen is a bit small for storage/counterspace (we brought several snacks and ingredients as we made multiple meals for 13 people), but it was equipped with all the dishes, pans, etc that were needed. It definitely isn't a deal breaker, just good to know in advance. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and would stay here again!
