A cozy studio apartment in a new building. A queen-size bed plus a sofa, TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, spacious balcony. The apartment can conveniently accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults + 1-2 children.
The bed is 160 cm wide, and the convertible sofa is 130 cm wide, perfect for 1 adult or 1-2 children. 32" Smart TV with 100+ cable channels, fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all necessary kitchenware and utensils for up to 4 people. Towels and linen are provided. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a clothes-airer in the balcony.
The apartment is remote from the city center, but rather close to the sea. The neighborhood is relatively new, with good infrastructure. A convenience store and a 24/7 supermarket are just near the building, with a huge shopping mall within 2 km. The public beach is 10-15 minutes by public transport, or about half an hour by foot.
Guarded parking is near the building, as well as a free public parking lot (subject to availability). The minibus stop is right at the entrance. Travel time to the city center is about 40-50 minutes depending on the route, and about 20 minutes by car/taxi.
Airport is accessible by taxi only, there's no direct public transportation there.
