The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has easy access to all major routes: I-97, I-695, I-95, I-295, route 100, and route 50.

The house has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms are on the main floor and the 4th bedroom is in the downstairs area/basement). The house has 7 beds that sleep 11 guests.

There is a ping-pong table in the downstairs area.

Sleeping arrangements on the main floor: 3 bedrooms - sleep 7 guests.
- Master bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom also has a safe, so guests can keep a laptop and other valuables.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and a twin-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kids). The sleeper sofa has a CertiPUR certified memory foam mattress (72L x 37W x 3H)
- Bedroom 3 has two single beds (sleeps 2).

Sleeping arrangements downstairs (in the basement area):
- 4th bedroom has a full-size bed (sleeps 2)
- A full-size futon (sleeps 2) is downstairs in the common area that has a ping-pong table.

There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house.
- 1 Full bathroom is on the main floor (has a bathtub with a shower, a vanity with a sink, a mirror, and a toilet)
- 1 Full bathroom is in the downstairs area (has a shower, a vanity with a sink, a mirror, and a toilet)
- Half-bathroom has a vanity with a sink, a mirror, and a toilet). It has direct access to the master bedroom (located on the main floor).

The house has a living room and a dining room (main floor of the house). The dining room has a gorgeous crystal chandelier and a dining table (6 chairs) for you to enjoy meals. Additional chairs (4 chairs) are available. The dining room has access to a private wooden deck that leads to a brick patio, so you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee in the tranquility of the fenced back yard.

The wooden deck can be accessed both from the dining room and the kitchen. The deck leads to the brick patio that has a round table with 6 chairs. It also has a wooden coffee table with two rocking chairs. The charcoal grill is available for guests' use.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator (2 doors), a gas stove with an oven (4 burners), a 2-slice toaster, and a microwave. It is also stocked with basic utensils, cookware, and silverware, dishes, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses.

- Please note that there is no dishwasher at the house.

Guests will enjoy a ping-pong table in the downstairs area.

The house has a high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.

Essentials provided to guests: soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, bedroom linen, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There is a washer and a dryer that guests can use.

Guests will use an electronic keypad to unlock and enter the house.
