This second floor two bedroom apartment is centrally located in Omaha, close to all major roadways, I-80, Dodge, and Center street. Great for long-term business, travel nurses, or extend stays.

You'll enjoy a private entrance and newly furnished, comfortable two bedroom apartment, each with king beds.
Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.

Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls.
